REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All returns must be complete within 10 days of the package arrival date and must be in the same condition in which received.

We do not offer cash refunds. We offer store credit.
 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR CLEARANCE ITEMS. No Exchanges or Store Credits.
 

All Items are custom made from scratch. Allow 2-5 Days for in stock items to be shipped. Most orders ship out within 3 business days. 

We only offer sizes exchanges if we sent out the wrong size from when the purchase was made. No exchanging for different items.

Please read description of each item as details regarding sizing and material of item is listed.

Orders for size 5XL are Final. 
 

Once packages leave our facility and are placed in the possession of the carrier we are not responsible at that point. It is then the carrier responsibility to deliver the package successfully. Any issues with the package must be taken with the carrier and not us "SneakerOutfits.com" .

Abandoned Packages: When a package has been shipped and comes back as Refused, Non Deliverable, No Signature Confirmation, Returned To Sender. We are not responsible to cover the cost of reshipping your package. The customer is responsible for reshipping fees. We allow 10 days for you to make an arrangement for the reshipping of your order. Once you’ve exceeded 10 days you “Abandoned” the product. Abandoned product is product that you’ve exhausted a time frame in which to claim. You no longer have access to that merchandise as you’ve abandoned it. Once your order has been shipped and an attempt of delivery has been made you must follow proper protocol in order to retrieve the package. We have a NO REFUND POLICY. These are custom made items . When you place the order for a custom made item. The item gets made for “You”. You cannot abandon a package and try to force a Refund.
