Refund & Exchange Policy

At SneakerOutfits.com, all sales are final.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges (Incorrect Item Only)

We will only accept an exchange if the item you received is incorrect (wrong product, wrong size, or wrong color sent by us).

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the incorrect item. Once received and inspected, the correct item will be shipped out.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Wear and tear

  • Damage caused after delivery

Shipping Costs

  • SneakerOutfits.com covers shipping costs only when an incorrect item was sent
